Anwesha Recipes: Whole Food Smoothie

Whole food smoothies are a great way to meet your required daily intake of fruits and vegetables. They are easy to make, extremely versatile and they taste amazing.

Here is a recipe for my go-to, favorite smoothie:


  • 1 cup wild blueberries
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1-2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1-2 handfuls of kale
  • 1 Tbsp. Barley Grass Powder
  • 1 Tsp. Spirulina
  • 1 Tbsp. Flax Seed
  • 1 Tbsp. Collagen Powder
  • 1-2 cups of plant based milk
  • (optional) 1 Tbsp. almond butter

Pour all ingredients into a high speed blender and combine until smooth. Voila! You now have a delicious, superfood meal that will keep you energized and feeling great for hours.
